NMNA, it's on FB Marketplace not too far from me.

Looks complete, I definitely see some rust down low and interior is complete but not particularly nice. ANyhow....more pics if you look it up on facebook.

In reply to clutchsmoke :

That is 4 cylinder Alfetta GT. We didn't get the GTV6 until '81 Visual distinction from the rear is the horizontal body color bar across the lamps is 4 cylinder only. Seriously great chassis, but under powered.

The Alfetta was the 4 cylinder version iirc.

I’d love to have the drivetrain.

I just noticed the auto.  Kinda takes the romance out of driving an old Italian car.  sad

That's one thing I've learned about Facebook Marketplace. Half the time something is listed as an automatic, it's a manual. Very few people actually go through the process of correctly identifying their cars. It's frustrating becasue it makes things more of a gamble before the seller gets back to you.

That's in my town.  I don't know who the owner is, but I could go put eyes on it if anybody here is interested.

Spoke with the guy at length when he first listed it at 1500. He was pretty cocky and had very little knowledge regarding Alfa's, he thought he had something special on his hands. After months of trying to sell it I think he finally got rid of it for about 500.00

In reply to eurotech6830 :

lol.  I spoke with a Swiss Italian last night about driving stick-shift cars on twisty mountain roads.  I hope it went to a good home that will change the transmission.

$500.  Perfect price point for me.
