Wow, I haven't seen that car in at least...22 years, I guess! It ran regularly and quickly at Central Florida Region SCCA Solo events. You won't find another like it.
Joe, good luck with the sale!
My brain goes sideways sometimes - fly into Orlando, Uber up to Anthony, change the tires, stack everything else in the back and passenger side, pay the man, insert ear plugs and drive 1081 miles back to the Chicago area.

With the passenger seat removed, I drove to Tulsa in 2012 (900mi each way) with four mounted tires, two bare wheels, a floor jack, tools, a spare driveshaft, spare differential, spare transmission, a suitcase of clothing, and my laptop bag. This is with no bins in the back but with a battery where the right side bin would have been, and a 3 link taking up the space between the rear deck and the center tunnel.
The engine (a bridge ported 4 port 13B) was a month old, and I had just done some final rough-tuning the weekend before. 4.78 gears in the rear, and the tallest tires I could shove under the back (205/70-15s)
Also, I had (have) a full dashboard and center console.
DO IT
Am I safe in assuming this is still sporting the factory 4X110mm PCD? What zip code is it located, as I have family in Dunnellon,FL that could pick it up for me?

I'd like to buy it. Trying to figure out where it is. Also does anyone know if one would have to add a roll cage to race this now? I mean I know it's smart to have one, but is it required is what I'm asking.

Race it where? Lemons, champcar, WRL, aer, all require cages.
Not sure about all classes in scca or NASA. Wheel to wheel is going to almost certainly require a full cage. Time trial, maybe, maybe not.
Edit: i would not lemons this car. It is WAY too nice!
In reply to wvumtnbkr :
I would not road race it either. I haven't ever seen a wheel to wheel car that wasn't all beat to E36 M3, and RX-7s this clean are really hard to come by. Autocross does not require cages.
If I had the space/time I'd buy it and another series 2 with a shot body and swap its interior into it.
