For the record, that's not an AMG Mercedes, it's just a cool old Mercedes with AMG wheels.

Its a 240D trans swap, otherwise it would say "YO DAWG EURO", everywhere in the ad.

I'm in the area. If anyone is interested in this car and would like a pre-purchase inspection done, I recommend going to Auto Haus of Yorktown where I work at (about 10 minutes from Hayes). Our classics division shop is extremely familiar with this generation of Mercedes (we have at least 10 at the shop now, 4 of which are in various stages of complete concours restorations).
