It doesn't look real to us car enthusiasts, but that will totally fool the vast majority of people.

I am surrounded by Bentleys in Socal and I would not even look twice at that with the roof up and think it was anything else. The seats give it away a bit but that is a darn fine replica for the price. Though a 50K mile Bentley may actually be more reliable then what they built this on if it has big miles.

The top gave it away for me. I wouldn't look twice otherwise.

If that's a Bentley button up front, ya better retain a lawyer.  I tried to have a dash plaque made with a Bentley logo and someone's name, "Yes sir, do you have a release from the Bentley people?"   Rats.

That looks to be more Bentley than Chrysler honestly

If I remember correctly, he did get molds from a Bentley - probably why the front wheels aren't centered at the arches.

And most impressively for a replica, he did do the dash too. Hence why Bentley's lawyers hit him with the ban hammer.

Having driven a Chrysler Sebring, that would be rather underwhelming to drive compared to the real thing, especially when the real thing can be had for not much more https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/640300671463478/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ab3896d06-30f2-4402-b123-fb723ae90129

Perhaps not a convertible, but they are also available and this one has a W12 engine https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/641895304213077/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ab3896d06-30f2-4402-b123-fb723ae90129

This reminds me of all the Lambos and Ferrari bodies on a Fiero, still a Fiero. So this "Bentley" is still a Chrysler Sebring, but at least maintenance costs are cheap. But for 21K, I can think of a million better choices I would rather own. I suspect the owner will have a hard time selling this one at anywhere near their asking price.

In reply to 914Driver :

Manufacturers have been losing intellectual property cases lately,  thank God. But it does come at a cost for the average citizen. Bentley charges enough for the real thing and builds its own kit cars, like their version of the Touareg, that they should put efforts into improving products, instead of IP suits.

I think they'd need to pay me to take something with a Chrysler 2.7.

Anything by Chrysler with a .7 in it.

So if an officer looks up your plate and sees "Chrysler Sebring" are they not pulling you over? I'd say yes. Also, reps are weird.
