Since people wanted me to post this in my rallycross thread before I start using it.
$5000 to a GRM member. Car is located in Waynesville, NC.
95 M edition
106k miles
Timing Belt done at 101k miles
Radiator replaced at 105k miles
Tires new at 105k miles
Rust Free it has been an Alabama or South Carolina car its whole life before me
Stock other than an aftermarket Head unit and 3rd millennium speakers.
It needs a cas o ring and there is another leak at the front of the engine.
It has 25 year old paint so a couple dings and scratches but nothing too bad. Hardtop is in decent shape.
I still have the factory rear view mirror, soft top boot, other misc things.
I will get interior pics later today. these pics are the only ones on my phone right now
Would also consider trades for a rwd rallycross car. E30, Volvo 240, etc.
Newsletter bump inbound, for a clean, wine-colored M Edition. :)
It's fascinating to look at this and know that mine looked this good before it looked so bad. Really nice car.
It's a bit early for tax time or convertible weather, but it wouldn't surprise me to see that get gone pretty quickly. GLWS.
In reply to Brett_Murphy :
Its only posted here as I dont want to deal with CL or FB marketplace.
If it doesnt sell by the end of next month it gets turned into a rallycross car.

It's your car, but that seems like a waste. I wonder if you could get a trade offer on miata.net for a more pedestrian version with either cash on top or something more useful to you like a roll bar or performance parts. Seems a shame to tear up a 95 M with a matching hardtop.

I mean it isnt my chosen choice for a rallycross vehicle but I absolutely hate dealing with Craigslist. I might try to put it up on there for a few weeks to see but idk.
I'll trade you a Fully Built BP4W (KIA block) Balanced and Blue Printed by Crankshaft Specialists of Memphis, Eagle Rods, Carillo 9:1 Forged Pistons, ACL Bearings, HKS Gaskets, ARP Head Studs, Head ('99)worked by Harris Quan About 9500 miles on engine. Stage 4 Comp Clutch with Light weight chromoly Flywheel, 6 speed transmission from a 99 Anniversary Edition and a like new Suzuki DR200se motorcycle for the Miata.
In reply to NermalSnert :
Only interested in cash or a rallycross-able SR/MR class car.
Threw it up on Craigslist. we will see how that goes.
Do you have a local Miata forum you can post to? In Ohio we have OMO (ohio miata owners)on FB. Most of these people are easier to deal with.
That's insanely clean. I would be interested if I didn't already have a Miata. GLWS
Price lowered to 5500. I want to do rallycross but I am not sure if i want to run a miata. I still am having thoughts about a Nissan Leaf for rallyx
Look I have an ND1 RF now so I would rather have a Leaf for rallycross than 2 nice miatas.
Will also consider a p71 with a lsd as trade
Priced dropped to 5k, I want to rallycross in something larger than a miata
And it’s on the way to its new home. Thanks for making it a smooth and simple transaction.
Hey In reply to BoxheadTim :
Traded one Miata for another huh?
In reply to Fueled by Caffeine :
No quite traded - the white one is going to another GRMer - but essentially yes. A 95M is one of my few remaining bucket list Miatas. And this one is definitely to nice to Rallycross.

I'm a WNC resident on a quest for a nice NA/NB. Definitely would have grabbed the '95 M at 5k. The 7k on CL was higher than I could stomach and I didn't find GRM until after the sale.
I do have a '90 with a nice body that I'd love to drop a new engine into, but Condo assoc
ETA: I wonder what the source of the front oil leak was on the OP car.
