Though I do get excited over a Pinto.
We're lucky (?) In that we only have emissions over here in CT.. As long as that passes for the year of the car or it's aged out, your G2G :)
That is a rallye light bar away from winning! Not a single clue what I would be with it but when has that stopped us.
I think when he says "never been used", I think he is referring to the suicide part.
That's an old dirt track or pavement Modified stock car. Cleaned up pretty nicely. At that price, a good deal to put back on the track as well.

It has BBC in the ad. Nothing better than that!
Whatever you do, don't berkeleying Google BBC. DON'T. I warned you.
For some reason I think that would fit right in at my house....No inspection or emission. Hang some headlights and turn signals and call it a day. It would need a blower to overcome the altitude though.
According to the searchable attributes it's a purple electric-powered convertible. Somebody contact r/madlads.
I'm a broken record, but I still can't help but wonder how many penalty laps we'd get from the Lemons judges. I'm guessing either "all of them" or a pass for the audacity. Might be a rule about fenders though. Could fab whatever up though.
In case it goes away, here's are a few pictures. I don't think "registered" = "street legal" but it wouldn't be too hard to add some sort of fender and some lights. At least it does have a windshield.
I'm guessing there's no inspection for antique vehicles in CT.
.
Fenders? Who needs fenders to be legal. Many of the Model T/Model A hot/rat rods run no fenders. It's lights away from street legal here. This is highly intriguing, but to far away.
