Not armored, but I often see one of two six-door Super Duty's on I-70 outside St Louis. I can't imagine it being very fun to drive.
To be fair, the bulletproof hummer was extraordinarily useful in Grand theft auto 3.

I saw one of the President's being escorted from the airport to downtown on an interstate hwy. The caravan was going the opposite direction from me so our traffic was flowing, slowly because it was rush hour, and their side was empty.
75, that's seventy-five, armored vehicles that looked like that. Plus over 150 motorcycles. I lost count of those. All screaming along at 80+ mph. I made a point of counting because I was curious. Helicopters too. The whole city was jammed up for hours after that. They should have just put him in a helicopter and avoided the whole mess. Later it came out that f-15's were flying around at 10,000 feet as well. Crazy.

That sounds a little excessive. Last president I saw being escorted was W. I stood at the intersection as he went by. Two (Beast) limos and a motorcade of a few Secret Service SUVs with excessive radio equipment. That was it. Nothing crazy.
Now, on another date, I got onto I-70 only to notice the police blocking all the traffic just before that entrance ramp giving me an entire empty highway to use. Noticing every entrance ramp closed and a large amount of armed personnel not limited to the guys on the overpasses pointing rifles down at the highway, I decided it was in my best interest to break a few speed laws and get to work A LOT quicker than usual since there was no one else on that highway...
Two thoughts.
Why would you build this and not get the 7.3?

That’s just one trip to the mall. The rest of the miles were racked up trying to find a place to park, and a place to turn it around to come back home.

That's crazy. I live about a mile from Mar a lago and see the trump caravan often, it's generally less than 10 SUV's- rarely the beast.
