people that do these types of conversions must have NO taste. I guess I like the idea of a big engine shoehorned into a tiny little vehicle but seriously, seems like any time I see one with a carb'd V8, they always put god awful E36 M3 wheels on them.

Agreed. It seems this way with almost all carb'd V8 Miatas as well. The rest of the car has awful chrome wheels with all season, chrome roll bar, and seat covers of some sort.

If you're going to be silly, you might as well be serious about it. Not a bad job at a glance. However it looks like it's one throttle stab away from being upside down in a ditch...

wow talk about hyper-critical, you have to appreciate someone doing a lot of work, doing it well and having the guts to do a conversion that's not mainstream, although I'd never take it around a curve at speed. I give props for being unique
