Celica all-trac turbo, hold on to your panties

NMNA, no where near stage legal for rally, but what an awesome rally cross car or fun street car once you get at tile.

How do you get at tile with a car?I can't imagine doing that, even with an all-trac turbo.

I guess you get a Police report to say that Vin isn't stollen, then go to your DMV and show a bill of sale for that car and VIN, plus the Police report and get a new title.

People bring cars in from out of state or out of country all the time. I don't imagine that it's that hard, although I've been wrong before.
