I think yes, it might need tires :) But it looks fun for sure.
It looks like it needs a lot of bits replaced, but could still be a lot of fun for $800.
Anyone have any idea what series it would run in?

A-Mod autocross? Could also work for hillclimb events.
maybe it started life as an f440/f500 car and got modified for autocross?
I found a Formula Indy Racing Association that's part of the Midwest Racing Council, but it pretty much dead ends there.
