NMNA. IMO, price is a little steep but it seems like a decent car.
Just the speaker waiting to take out your shin makes me question the car. I think it's steep but... As for his comment about another 2600 pound car, honestly, a well set up 5000tqA (with, say 240 bhp) would be a better option.
Those are unicorns that I always love to see, but I can't imagine ever paying the premium they command to buy one.

Only a unicorn on this side of the pond. Dead common in europe. And, with its age, you could buy one and import it for less than this guy is asking. And it would be an excuse to take a european vacation. (and maybe pick up another "unicorn")
I see them occasionally with Canadian plates. Don't know if there were ever sold in Canada, or if they just end up there because Canadians have it easier importing cars.
The way the taillights sit in the way of the hatch opening seems to take away a lot of its usefulness, but I get the feeling someone will to pay $10k isn't looking at this from a pure practicability point of view.

A couple guys on the R3V board have done just that. It's not a simple process, especially if you don't have someone in Europe to help facilitate, but it is doable.
Anyhow, I'd love a Touring, but not for $10k.
