NMNA but found this on 10r.net and had to share. I'll warn you, the guy said he was looking for mid-30's, which is a bit over what I'd guess, but not out of line considering LTW's were selling for mid-upper 40's a few years ago.

Cracks me up when folks list a car like this for sale but can't be bothered to even uncover the car completely.

I can't get all that excited about this car.

Very beautiful car, but waaaaaay overpriced. I could see $15k or so since it is basically brand new, but it is still an s50 e36 M3 at the end of the day. I have seen some very nice 98 and 99 low mile (70-100k) cars that are hovering around $10-$12k. I do like the color and the LTW wheels on it though.

Nice - but, yeah... $16-18k is about right for that car if it comes with fresh tires, battery, brake fluid, coolant, belt and all the other things I'd have to do to bring it back in line with a car that has been driven and maintained properly for the last 20 years.

Otherwise - $15k as-is.

EAG will most likely end up buying this car, assuming they hear about it. It will then be listed on their site for ~$50k, I bet. They are to low mileage BMWs what Sloan is to the collector Porsche market. A friend just sold them a low mileage e28 M5, which is currently listed on their site for $92k. I kid you not.

Unless you're a museum, low mileage cars, and bikes, are Waaayyy over rated. They always have more problems than their high mileage brethren. And IMO Sloan and places like that, are a waste of money

The beauty of an E36 M3 is that it's a driver's car. I'd get more excited about a solid original $4000 E36 M3 that I could drive the E36 M3 out of than I would about this one.

E36 M3...
