Oh yeah I forgot about that. Friday should work, as long as it was earlyish (before noon). If not, the weekend after would work.
Doesn't help that I don't live where the car is stored lol.

You still got that TL? Asking for a helpful friend
You can PM me if you don't wish to discuss the official particulars here, but which area of your spine needs titanium added to it? My wife sends her regards from fusion land.
If it's your lower back don't plan on driving stick in urban/traffic settings for a while (many months). You might be okay with rural drives, but doing the 3 pedal dance can aggravate things.

Yup! Still have the TL and 4runner. Both stick shift lol. May ask my dad to trade me cars for a month or so if needed. I agree that it doesn't sound like fun but MOST of my commute is highway so we'll see.
Thanks for the kind thoughts from your wife- what did she have fused?
I am getting L5-S1 PLF plus PLIF. I've been reading more spine research papers than I ever expected lol. My PT buddy who knows my history really well is very confident that I will be back to my active lifestyle in relatively short order, and so is my doctor. So, worrisome, but there's certainly worse problems to have. Trying to set up a date and the details (work, rehab, etc.) now.
S-1 to L4 when she was in her early 20s. It's a struggle for her more often than she cares to admit.
In reply to clutchsmoke :
Oof. Yeah I understand that multiple level fusions are the absolute worst. Especially at what is a hinge joint like that area (as opposed to thoracic).
she sounds like a trooper since she avoids admitting it!
I just found out I have Wednesday and Thursday off now. Would one of those work better. My wife scheduled something on Friday so Wednesday or Thursday would work better for me. Let me know when will work. Thanks.
Hey I live up in northeast Ohio and have been looking for a good track build for some cheap racing. Background is in audis so perfect fit.
I could come out this weekend if no other takers grab it. Won't let me pm yet. Thanks!
Damn sorry to hear about your back Russ. Thanks for passing it along to another GRMer. Don't forget about the passenger. She needs to be a prominent rider for the thrashing that occurs.
Looks like weather will be better on Friday but we will have more time to work with on Thursday. Let me know which one suits better and what time works.
In reply to RabidBullFrog :
Let's do thursday! I'll be there most of the day so should be easy. Drop me a message with your number and I'll send you a text!
In reply to brad131a4 (Forum Supporter) :
Thanks! Yeah I was hoping you'd miss this and then I'd shoot you a text when the new owner was hooning her lol. Passenger is already in the car!
Glad it'll get used!
My plan was 24 hours of nelson or one of the budget challenges.
Good luck on the surgery, have family that got a fusion and it wasn't fun but staying active and rehab is key!
Got it loaded up. Went good. Forgot to snap a pic.
Half way home and all was well then...
Of course no spare but where there's a will there's a way. After twice as long as I had planed on it is home and in the garage!
Thanks again Russell! Ready to start the next adventure with Ruby.
That is awesome! I had a 96 12v and wanted to do mods to it so badly. There were so little thing I could do to it. Someone on the forums sold a velocity stack for the MAF as well as cutting all the extra metal and screen out and then adding these little o-rings to the meter so it wouldn't throw codes. There was no chip, no supercharger, nothing. I think the 98 offers a little more. super fun cars!
