FS: 2008 Lexus GX470

Blue exterior with Tan leather interior

~125k miles, will go up as it’s my daily driver

Base model, No Nav, no kdss

The Good:

No rust! It’s been a Colorado car all its life. Dash is perfect!

Lots of maintenance in the past year. New radiator, alternator, battery, both front axles from CVJ, TRD Pro Bilstein 6112/5160 suspension, serpentine belt, front brakes, spark plugs, air filters, 265/70 BFG KO2 tires.

Timing belt/water pump done around 65k miles

The Good:

Relatively low miles, oil changes every 5k miles. Clean condition, comes with the third row seats.

LED headlight bulbs, gas strut mod done to the rear door

The Bad:

Was my wifes car and used to carry the kids. It has some small dings/dents here and there . Drivers seat outside thigh bolster is showing the typical wear and has a ~1” tear in it.

The Ugly:

This is a Colorado Car and was hit by one of our hail storms years ago. It was all cosmetic damage and was fixed by my friends body shop quite competently.

We’ve owned this vehicle since it had 39k miles on it, bought it in ’12 as a CPO’d vehicle. I took it on last year and have done all the maintenance, much of it myself.

PRICE:

$12,500 (average of NADA, KBB and Edmunds)

This would be a good daily for me. Hmmm. 

I'm sure glad you are not giving this away, a GX was my other option when I bought the Pathfinder.  I still like them and blue vehicles in general.  GLWS

I am open to offers, of course!  Looks like trade value is about $9k and with the tax savings that makes it $10k.  So I'd like to get enough over $10k to make it worth my while to sell it.

There is a pretty active FB group called GXOR for the 470 and 460 folks (I have a 460 myself), they might jump at a lower mileage example like this. They have a "For Sale" section where you could post it as well...

These are such awesome and underappreciated cars.  My lady has a 460 and we love it, but I think the 470 with offroad tires looks better.  I'd be happy to daily this. 

Do you have more pics, including the rip in the seat, and such? I've been looking for a clean one of these for a while. What is the interval for timing belt replacement? There is no evidence of the hail damage anymore?

Timing belt interval is 90k miles.  It got done at 69k, so it's good till 159k.  No, all hail damage was fixed.  I do have more pics, I'll add them to the first post
