Original manual, paperwork, and CDs. The latter include a digital manual, image viewing and processing software, and manuals for the software.
The only thing you'll need to get up and running is an SD card (I've had good luck with Class 10 cards, which will allow you to take full advantage of the burst shooting and HD video capabilities).
