This seems like a great idea.
Looks nicer than most of the coke runners the Coast Guard has been intercepting lately.
....That's probably not saying much
I can see multiple ways to die in that, but it's still cool. As a guy that got his scuba license at 15, I spent way too many hours spitballing making a submarine.
" Homemade submarine. Was in the water for one season in 2001. I haven't had the time to mess with it. Trailer included, it would be suitable for a short distance from 54806. I really don't know much about it. I was told 6 cylinder engine with some sort of electrical hybrid drive. ... "
In memoriam of Commander Todd?
It sounds like there's an engine in there somewhere, but the seller isn't even sure where. Probably the best thing to do with it would be to cut some holes in it, add padding and put it in a playground.

Apparently some of those boats are making it all the way to Europe... and I've seen estimates that the Coast Guard is only stopping 10-15% of the boats. Which suggests it might be a good idea for the marines.

That looks like some of the plumbing I had to do under the sink at our old place, except in cpvc.
I hope whoever buys this gets their crew together to dress up like the Village People & make a vid of "In the Navy".
There is some crazy awesome E36 M3 in WI. Must be the long winters.
Glad it's not Feburary, I'd be temped to make that road trip again.

And do what? No viewing ports and unless it is a drug boat, I cant see why anyone wants to be in a dark tube under water.

All that iron pipe? Who still uses that?

Especially if you only used a periscope to see the track.

You've just given some late model Camaro racers a great idea.

It's got a porthole! (And a starboardhole! Oh, I crack me up...) They do both point as much at the murky depths as anything...
