It needs the nose cutoff and a Morgan 3 wheeler style air cooled vtwin on the front.
It isn't the prettiest thing I have laid eyes on. It looks like it may have been built to haul behind a camper, see the trailer hitch mount? If that is the case it probably did that job really well and gave John Q traveler something weird to bomb around the local towns in.

I just really like the idea of having a talented group of fabricators who buy these derelict projects that seem to always be available and see if they can make them Racecar. I'm assuming that was the idea.
Sort of like that DiResta "Making Fun" show but with racecars.
