Coworker has one like that in really good shape.

Yup. Ian Roussel chopped one, pretty cool but labor intensive.

Instrument panel bits are missing, probably lots of interior trim too.
My dad loved 50's Packards. He'd love to point out how awesome the continental kits were. Meh.

50's Packards are Studebakers with hopes and dreams.
40's Packards are still Packards.
That one's a 4-door so if it's incomplete, it's probably a donor for a 2-door.
The bustle trunk on the 4-door ruins the lines.
