My dad and uncle stuck a 400 Chrysler into one of these when I was a kid. The trans took up so much room that the passenger footwell was only big enough for one foot, the driver's side wasn't much bigger. It did some gnarly burnouts.

Do ya think the 2.2L went into the Samurai?
Isn't there some way to do an F2T in these with an RX7 trans or something along those lines?
