There's one in my driveway. V8, four speed wagon. Probably going to be for sale whenever I get motivated enough to list it. :) 

I liked that front end better than the later versions......I had a wagon version of the first ones built on order, and then the factory went on strike for what seemed like 6 months, I canceled my order......probably came out better for it.

Today I would like to do one of these with an ecotec turbo motor, like out of a Solstice, 6 speed gearbox and IRS out of that car too. 

There is a black one in town where I live, but it is always parked in the same spot. I believe it is a Cosworth.

That would be a great setup. The V8 Vega is great for what it is but for better or worse, it drives like a front heavy V8 Vega.

They are actually all over for sale. As long as ya don't mind paying way to much for rust!
