First time I've ever seen a "Cheatta" headliner!

I am selling my 99 BMW 323I. This is my baby and it saddens me, but I bought a new car and she just doesn't get driven much anymore. Her front seats are torn.. can be covered with seat covers. The a/c, heat, sunroof, electric seats, windows, radio and CD player all work great. I had a custom cheatta print headliner installed and I just love it! Windows are tinted. She does have some miles on her (240k) but that's to be expected with this age. That doesn't bother her though. I've taken several trips to NC in her and would the same tomorrow if need be. Comes with spare key. For the past year or so, I have been driving her in 4th gear. I have been told its either a sensor or 5th gear solenoid, but every time I put her in drive, she kicks into emergency mode. It didn't slow me down any, so I've never had it fixed.
