A bit pricey, but that is just me.
Not a good looking car.
I used to have a Hornet Sportabout Wagon. That thing was the worst thing to drive I have ever experienced, and I've driven some crap.
Still, all of that is fixable, and this guy overcame the first hurdle by adding the extra two cylinders.

I realize that with the current market that used cars have gone up in price, but even at $4,500 the price would be wishful. The underhood shots are bordering on scary...a zip tie in place of a radiator hose clamp? And while I realize AMC did offer a 360 V8, just sticking " 360 " on the valve covers looks sketchy.
There better be A LOT of room for negotiations on that asking price.
That tie wrap on the radiator hose is just holding a safety pad on the hose for where it rubs the hood. Better is the high grade after market heater valve.
