Not the first car that comes to mind when you think 1982 racer but still cool.
The ad has old vintage pics which are clearly both Mid-Ohio.
I'd like to think that this is a picture of the little-guy catching up to the big boys but I'm sure it is the little guy getting blown away by the big boys. Ha.
Giving it everything the 13" tires can deliver.
I meant to post this up here. If someone buys it from out of town, I'm happy to have it sit at my place for a bit.
That is pretty awesome. Too bad my local Vintage org still only takes the 70's. It would be an awesome little vintage racer.

The VSCDA is accepting vintage race cars through 1989, if prepped to 1989 SCCA GCR, or other rules 1989 or earlier.
To all you young'ns used to multi-point welded cages, containment seats, HANS, data acquisition, comm systems, this is the way showroom stock racing used to look.

VSCDA? The Minnesota club?
And you have to keep the sticker on the windshield, because nothing exudes the Playboy vibe like an old Sentra.

When I was involved in Showroom Stock, you had to run stock seats and stock brake pads (at least at the Club Racing level). You knew that there were about 3 laps to go in an SSGT race when the Camaros would come through turn 3 at NHIS with their front brakes on fire...
