"..if it doesn't sell..." The only value here is if it has a good pan and drivetrain. Otherwise, it's a one person vehicle. Something "only a mother could love". It does remind me that there was a time when you could "make your vw" look like a Rolls Royce or a 911 turbo.
That makes my head hurt.

That's kind of awesome -- the way the Beetle shapes and Suby shapes fit together. It's wonderful in a kind of an LSD-meets-Meth-meets-Bodyshop way. Just need to paint the door yellow and it would be perfect!
I'm thinking put a regular Beetle hood on it and it might be a lot better, as it is I kinda like it.

Interesting... could be better... could be a lot worse. The cover in the bed for the engine is unfortunate and pretty much ruins it for me. Maybe somebody would pay $3000 for that, but it wouldn't be me.
I feel like this would be pretty cool if fitted with a standard front clip and one of those "pancake" engines swapped in fora flatter floor, or knock a zero off the price.
