Actually I'm not sure it is overpriced. I thought 512BB's were $150k vehicles in good condition. It's not like Koenig is a fly by night operation, they were/are well respected for conversions. I’d love to see it in the flesh. It's a pretty plain simple ad for a $100k vehicle so I'm kind of suspicious.

I just can't see paying $100k for a car that makes you look like an 80s drug kingpin. If I was going to blow that much on a car there are so many better looking options.

That and 3,500 miles over 30 years can't have done it any good. I bet every piece of rubber on that thing is dry rotted like crazy.

I guess if youre a big fan of the prancing stallion, then it may be a decent deal. But I think youre customer pool for this item is rather shallow in the Cleveland market.

Personally, while I can appreciate that cars heritage, I would much rather spend that $100k on about 2 dozen other mass market cars and the associated "wish list" of mods associated with each.

Koenig or not, 80s or not, that thing is fugly. IMO, the body kit seriously retracts from the value.

And yes, a simple ad on Craigslist is not how one would normally sell a $100k vintage Ferrari.

Ive seen non turbos go for 50k. I would say 70 or 80 is a much better price.

Is it original like that? I saw that 5k was almost straight down, but I thought the font would be different if it were oem and it's a cool trick if it's set up so that an owner can rotate it and all of the mounts etc would still line up right.

The nearest comp that I've found was an '81 with a stack of maintenance receipts that sold on eBay for 48K in 2010.

This, is a car that I've wanted...as I was 15 when it was built. 650+ hp...bedecked and bespoilered Ferrari.

Next came the twin-turbo 1000 hp Testarossa, which admittedly looked better with the cheese grater side strakes removed.

Pre-interweb dreaming was the best.

Being a child of the 80's I would do it.
