Found this while cleaning out my tool box. Purchased in 1983 for use on my 1977 Scirocco - I miss that car.
This is for adjusting the valves on OHC VW. I know it worked on water cooled gas, supposedly for diesel also.

If you don't sell that to a GRM'er within the next few days I'll be happy to give you 20 bucks for it. I don't have a VW but the german car club I am in has at least a couple dozen older VW's that could likely use that tool.
I don't want to take it away from another GRM'er in desperate need though.
