How about a 2011 Toyota Camry with a 6-speed manual?

Set to cross the Mecum auction block this Thursday in Kissimmee.

Buddy/coworker could pick between Impala and Camry for his company car back around that time. Requested a manual Camry after realizing it was an option. Got an automatic Camry instead. I was rooting for him.

In 50 years some car geek will covet one of these unicorns. I wonder what the value will be then?

And I have a feeling I know where that geek will hang out online....

A coworker had one. He told me it was a special order and took 6 weeks. He raved about the fuel economy

I had in my head it would go for more...could have perfectly slotted into my replacement beater need with arbitrary goals of sub $5k and 3 pedals.

Next time.

Heck of a deal. My kidlet drives a 2011 slushbox 2.5 Camry. I'd have jumped on this one for $5k as a daily.

I had a '98 Camry with the 4cyl/5spd combo (with a TRD Quickshifter). With Eibach springs, KYB's, and Whiteline F&R swaybars, it was more fun than it should have been.
