Looks like an early Audi 100

It’s much smaller - those are a VW Polo / Audi 50 with a trunk. They were the smallest car in the VW/Audi lineup, one size smaller than a Golf/Rabbit/Jetta. 

Maybe it's me, but I REALLY HATE it when people do that too wide wheel, excess camber thing. Ugly as hell and dangerous.

What Engine  Could it Have, Bolt in ?  1.8 turbo?

Likely a 1.5 liter gas engine and a 4spd.  Impressively nutless but will easily take the full range of motor swaps.

Doing that to a car should get you some time in the stocks, just like the old days.  

This looks like the Polo, which we never got.
