Is it bad that I think this needs a big block chevy, a pair of turbochargers, and some big mufflers? I just don't think the factory 189hp in a 4500 lb car can be very elegant in today's traffic.

It's been a while since I checked but the father of a friend of mine was quoted 10k to do calipers, rotors and pads years ago. Yeah, 10k.

I understand from a friend that has a foreign repair shop that some Crown Vic parts bolt right on.
