If anyone has a lead, or sees a good deal on a used enclosed trailer around Atlanta, let me know. Looking for something in the 20 ft + range. Preferably, real cheap (needing some minor work is fine). $2500-4000 to spend.
Thanks.

I am meeting with a couple of manufacturers today and Monday to discuss a wholesale relationship to sell enclosed race trailers. Another board member and I are setting up a small business, and hope to be up and running within a couple of weeks.
Not sure if you are in a huge rush, but if you can wait a couple of weeks, I'd be glad to help you out.

As somebody who is researching enclosed trailers for a purchase in the coming months, this is of interest to me as well.
Continuing to pile on. I need an enclosed trailer too Paul. I'll be in Atlanta Wednesday to pick up my Exocet chassis. I borrowed a trailer for the journey.

OK, I PMed each of you.
I am still missing some details, but the deal wth the manufacturer is beginning to look promising.
What are some of the sizes/ features you are needing? Though I can get any options, I'd rather put together some basic packages that are suitable to racers.
My update is that I am a Diamond Cargo dealer.
I can get anything you want new, at a price that is better than most retail. Much better than the Northeast or the West. I don't sell used.
Transport and delivery pushes the price up some, but still worth considering. I can deliver, or make arrangements for pickup.
I have some trailers available immediately in common configurations, but custom units currently have about an 8 week lead time.
Some people have asked me about aluminum frames. We are not currently set up to do aluminum frames. Ours have aluminum skin with steel frames. I will keep working on this.
Drop me a line with the specs of what you are looking for, and I will be happy to see if we've got anything close, or can place an order for a custom one.
Thanks!
-Paul
What you need is a way to get Southern trailer prices in the Rockies. We actually picked our 28' unit up in Atl because it was so much cheaper there.
My enclosed 22" V nose car trailer is a diamond cargo. I've had it for about 4 years and it is wearing/holding up very well. I would recommend.
