Australia Fire Devestation

The fires that have swept through Australia have been taken their tole on families, homes, and classic cars. Here are some pictures of the aftermath.

That must have been hot! I really feel for the people down-under, I wish I could do more to help.

There's actually US fire fighters over here now, helping out.

Had a bit of a worrying moment last night at my Parent's house. Police came to the door to inform us that the entire street had already evacuated, and we ought to follow suit, or prepare to defend the house. We chose the former, loaded a bunch of valuables into my folk's Land Rover, then took off. Thankfully, though, the fire was brought under control in only a few hours.

Apparently the cause of the worst of these fires, was arson .
