This year at Monterey during sports car week our friends at Hagerty Collector Car Insurance and RM Auctions are holding a free detailing seminar.
“Secrets of an Elite Detailer” will feature a hands-on demonstration of detailing techniques and strategies by our pal Tim McNair of Grand Prix Concours Preparation. Tim's skills as a detailer are among the very best in the world and he is very free with his knowledge unlike many other top flight detailing experts.
In addition Ian Kelleher, President and COO of RM Auctions, and Dave Kinney, publisher of Hagerty’s Cars That Matter will be discussing the importance of proper preparation for auction and the show field.

The seminar is scheduled for 2 p.m., Aug. 12, in the Serra Ballroom at RM’s Sports & Classics of Monterey event at the Portola Hotel & Spa and Monterey Conference Center.
