My folks were racing SCCA at that time. They ran a number of cars including an Elva, a Lola mkII, several Porsche RS Spyders and the last car was a Porsche powered Bobsy SR3, (wish they kept just one of them). They didn't run ovals to my knowledge but we went as spectators a lot. I remember watching at a number of tracks including Dryden and Chemung, (sp?). Car number would have been 78. It was a very interesting childhood to say the least.
