However, the hubs for 122s aren't listed on the momo site any more.
How would I go about finding one? Anyone know if there is a newer model number that fits?

PV and Amazon wheels interchange, but the 1800 wheels do not.
Here is a Luisi hub for the 122, but I don't know if a Momo wheel would bolt up to it. ???
So I have a Formuling France wheel, and a Momo wheel, but no hubs. And I can get a Luisi hub and a Grant hub, but I don't have any wheels. I'm batting a 1000. 
What I've done in the past is to keep the stock hub, but machine countersunk holes (6 or 8) to match the holes in the steering wheel.
