If you might be interested give me a shout. It is completely rust free, 4 owners from new, mechanically completely sorted and runs amazingly well. Fantastic interior but needs paint. A very sold and great driving car. Has completed a 2200 mile trip and a 1300 mile trip in the last year.

1980 Lotus Esprit S2 in white. I already own it and need to get it perfect, hence the Interceptor sale. Out of space with my Alfa GTC restoration and another Italian project happening.
These are great grand touring cars - I've owned 3 of them and still retain one (plus a CV8, the previous model).

The jensen is having some minor paint issues attended to. It will be done this week and then going on eBay unless someone is interested. The price is a very fair, middle of the market price for the cars condition, $17,500 or best offer.

Does your Bristol have the 318 motor?
Of course a really good move would have been to go for a Jensen CV-8 with 383 big block Chrysler (I just happen to have one that could be for sale......with a sixpack on it)
Yours is rarer though! How much work does it need?
Nothing absolutely nothing. It does not have the 313 or the 318 but had a 240 with a six pack installed in it. It looks good enough to be a factory job. The car has has been restored well and is a perfect #2 condition driver, hence the need to let go of the Jensen.
I am a huge CV8 fan. Yours would not be one of the stupid rare LHD examples by chance?
If you know someone in the market for a nice Interceptor 3 please send them my way as I would rather avoid eBay if possible.

Bristol sounds nice - some of them had pad kick back issues, but I don't recall which ones (the Jensen 541 and my MGA Twin Cam also have that issue). First time you leave a set of bends, leave yourself a little extra room when you apply the brake. If yours is one of the affected cars (Dunlop brakes) the pedal can go halfway to the floor if you've been cornering hard enough to kick the pads/pistons back.
Presumably your engine looks like this one in my CV8 (also not quite stock....)
Oh well, I would love one of the LHD cars. I have never seen one for sale anywhere. I just put the eBay listing together and am about to add a few extra picture of the car but after that I am listing it. It will also soon be on BAT as well. I think, based on the project they sold for $12,600, that my asking price of $17,000 is probably accurate though who knows with an Interceptor.
I am picking the car up from the painter tonight who fixed a few small issues and it goes on eBay Wednesday.
