There’s building a slot car track that resembles an iconic race course, but then there's constructing a slot car track of Watkins Glen using the actual plans.
Ever built your own scale race track—slot car or otherwise—or participated in a slot car race?
I lack the tools or ambition to build a custom wood track like that. Otherwise I would be all over it, because those things are sweet. Used to race at the local hobby shop as a kid before it closed down. Lots of fun.
