Hnng.
On the one hand, these are the reason the Stratos was discontinued. On the other hand, these kicked ass.
Don't see a cage in there, is it the real deal or just cosmetic? FIAT ran two of them in US national stage rallies in 1979 for Jim Walker and Danny The Cop from Alaska. Impressive cars, well driven, but blown off by John Buffum's TR8 and Rod Millen's Datsun 510 (second generation) - and sometimes by Hendrik Blok's Fire Arrow. Many war stories here.
Yep, that's the guy. JB was an amazing driver. Back in the day the only other truly competitive drivers in North America were Rod Millen, Hendrik Blok, and Taisto Heinonen from Canada. Lots of other guys were quick but not in the league of the big four. I was fortunate enough to run in the midfield in events dominated by all four of these guys (I was a Corvair codriver) and spectated enough (sometimes after DNFs) to see them in action. Lots of power, rear wheel drive only, and skilled sideways driving is amazing to see, sometimes seems to defy physics.
Ridiculous price for a replica with no cage and no competition history. $6000 car at most, it would only take twice that to duplicate it

+1. It's relatively well done aside from the interior but $65,000 is dreaming.
This is not the first 131 Abarth "tribute" to go up for sale by any means, BaT history shows well-done examples trading hands regularly in the $20-35k range. And we could call BaT "high market."
