This one probably flew under the radar because only 112 (or 117 - see http://www.lesabret-type.com/LeSabreGN.html) were made, but in 1986 there was also a LeSabre Grand National; the first year the LeSabre was on the FWD C-Body platform. 3.8 V6 was also NA, so it was pretty much a cosmetic package with a sport suspension (which then became a T-Type the following year). The trim resembled the LeSabres used in NASCAR during 86-87. So Buick already committed a heresy (in the eyes of the purists) while the "real" GN was still alive and kicking!
