Starting yesterday the guys at One Lap are revealing the 2015 route one day at a time. So far we've got wet skid pad at Tire Rack and then a 500 mile transit to Mid America for two sessions.
Tomorrow they'll tell us where to next. This is exciting.

From Mid America the route goes west. More track fun at High Plains Raceway in Deer Creek Colorado and then a short-ish daytime drive to a transit control at Tire Rack in Denver and then off to I-25 Speedway in Pueblo for a brief spin around the 1/4 mile paved oval at night under the lights.
We're going to get sleepy.
Brock Jr. seems to have some kindness and compassion. For the next track we only have to travel 14 miles down the road to Pikes Peak International Raceway. Road course and a drag strip built into one. It's not clear if we're just doing the road course or getting a 1/4 time here to.
Please come back to Hallett, please come back to Hallett, please come back to Hallett.
Especially since a big portion of the track was repaved this year, times have dropped with the improved surface. Watching the GT-Rs pull themselves out of "The Bitch" is insane to watch.
Brock Jr. just replied that it's only the road course, so that's good.
I hope we go to Hallet as well. Of course I hope we do an insane transit and end up at Laguna Seca as well.
A little birdy told me Colorado is as far west as the route will go. I'd expect after PPIR to head to Hallett. Beware those cheap hotels in the town near Hallett, they're probably the worst I've ever stayed in.
The road course at PPIR, the infield in particular, is very slippery. It's hard for rwd high HP cars to get any traction.
So far next years One Lap is running right in my backyard. My friend and I are seriously contemplating running my 951/LSx car in Vintage Foreign. Given our familiarity with the tracks I think we'd do pretty well.
i-25 speedway has a 'road course' infield as well, but couldn't tell you if they plan to run it or not. ran a 24 hour chump there. if you have never driven on track at night (under lights or not) you are in for a treat. i'd make sure to have extra lighting that can be pointed left and right of center.
In reply to rcutclif:
The headlights on the V already do that! To an extent anyway. Man I'm looking forward to this.
Rcutclif, I just looked at the infield at I-25 and it doesn't look like much of a "roadcourse". We will run the oval only. And yes, you are right, running under the lights is a great experience. We ran Florence Speedway years ago under the lights and had a blast. Pueblo Motorsports Park is our next stop and I'm looking forward to seeing the track with the new pavement and the rest of the improvements. I'm thinking of adjusting the schedule to run a Low ET event on the dragstrip but I'll wait until after I read the comments regarding the next transit leg.
I still think a standing start lap would work. And my co-driver/cheufeur assured me that he was fine with insane transits. We'll be fine.

Yep, I would try to stay in Stillwater or Sand Springs. Both are only a 30 minute drive from the track.

you are 100% correct. I juxtaposed PPIR and i-25 in my mind.
From Pueblo Motorsports Park in the Shadow of Pikes Peak the route swings back west. Way west. All the way to Texas and Motor Sports Ranch Cresson near Dallas. I think we can all expect Andy Hollis to do very very well here.
I found out we're doing all three configurations of Cresson. The back part they don't use for club racing kind of scares the crap out of me.
Anyway......from Cresson we pop over to Oklahoma and visit Hallett Motor Racing Circuit near Tulsa. This is another favorite track of my co-driver. He wasn't planning on driving any tracks in anger but he's like a junkie eyeing a baggie at this point. Sort of twitching and itchy.

If you CAN do it this year, you should. It's more fun to talk about the E36 M3 you did than the E36 M3 you never got around to.
From Oaklahoma the route heads back east for our last time trials at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green Kentucky and their new road course.
This whole thing looks like fun.
And after the Corvette museum, Daytona?
Been watching the dates unveil. This looks way fun once again.
I THINK we head back to Tire Rack in South Bend after that, but you never know with those wacky one lap guys.
You'll need to log in to post.
