Well Berk. The $50 SAAB got hit by a drunk who then took off. I followed with the Police on the phone and caught him. He blew a .27 and got hauled off. The SAAB fared better than his Civic which had the whole front end ripped off.
Hopefully the bastard has insurance. If not (and maybe even if he does) then it's time for this:

I love that about driving cheap cars. Still a shame though, a hit-and-run is a terrible thing, and a drunkard makes it worse.
