Do the rear windows roll down I. These cars? I can't find a single picture of one that has the rear windows open.

According to this forum page, they roll down about 3/4 of the way before hitting the wheel well.

my friend lance has a couple I'll ask. found a ruff but straight corvair (65) w/auto110 for 300.00 bucks makes me want it.ran some in D/Prod. back in the early 70's. but never got it going good.James Reeves was the man then. the datsun 510 killed that.

I grew up in the back seat of a '71 and ashamed to say I really don't remember.

The brochures I found online weren't helpful, but when I tried going to Hemmings and scrolling through the pictures of Novas in your year range, the first few I checked all definitely had rear window cranks visible.

This is purely off the top of my head, but I think the early cars did roll part way down, but the Disco era cars didn't.

Its very possible I am lying to you.

Check for photos of Buick Apollos and Pontiac Venturas too. I think there might have been an Olds version as well.

68-72 only roll down 3/4 of the way. Complaints about this is why the 73+ don't go down at all.

yes, they roll down... but it's rare that they roll down right. the rear windows in my both my 70 and 71 Nova would get lodged in there sideways somehow and you had to grab the glass and pull up to get them to go back up.
