for a $100k asking you'd think the seller could have the fairly simple interior issues taken care of first.

An Evo II is worth a lot of money, but just because the asking price is $100k doesn't mean it will sell for that amount.

Its cool, I really like this vintage M3. But there's no getting around the fact its basically a 3 series from 1988. There are several new cars that offer a similar experience for sane money with more power and reliability. For this car,I'd pay 10 grand....maybe. Even that strikes me as high.
