Something like this cannot be ruled out. 
It arrived!
Half is going into the gas tank, and I'll use the other half to top off the oil. Guaranteed to raise the octane AND provide better protection on start up. Dyno results to be posted.
Lucky! I got an email the following week letting me know they didn't have enough stock to fulfill my order, oh well.
