Next couple weekends have friends and family coming into town. And weekend before challenge is my son's birthday party and my family and I leave for the Smoky mountains on the way to the challenge.

So I just made this list. One task per day folks, one task per day.

You’re way to organized. My list is:

  • Do stuff until I run out of time
  • Don't break it before the Challenge

Ody hitch install is super easy.   weld nuts are already in the frame rails.   get a sacrificial bolt to run through the threads to clean them up, start all six bolts loosely, then crank 'em down.

I hope it's pretty straightforward. its an 05 chicago van, so you never know what is going to present itself underneath. I think I have a thread cleaning tap ill try to run through first just to be safe.

In reply to Robbie :

A bolt with a lead-in chamfer (grinding wheel or belt sander) and a slot (death-wheeled) down one side of the threads is a good makeshift thread cleaning tap.
