Working on a project that uses a universal chevy/ididit style steering column and we want to run a fancy steering wheel with paddle shifters and buttons. Right now we have a coiled cord going to the harness which we would love to remove and somehow wire this all into the column itself like a clockspring in newer cars.
Has anyone ever done anything like this or know where to start?
