I changed mine from this
to an Alpine W900 BT
has Nav, Bluetooth, rear view camera and I added satellite radio also.
I bought and installed a Pioneer radio with Apple Car play on it for my wife's truck. I hooked up a rear view camera and everything. When she plugs in her phone it takes it over and answer and send texts and calls and do navigstion and all sorts of stuff. There is a learning curve but she's getting the hang of it and really likes it. In theory the radio will get better as new apps are introduced. I should go see if any new ones are out.
