It occurred to me at an autocross this weekend how fun it would be to divide cars into classes based on exhaust note. My Fiesta ST would be at one end of the spectrum, almost silent. The Mustangs would be at the other end, rumbling awesomeness. You'd have a fartcan class, a Borla class, a straight-pipe class, a flat-4 class...

An unmuffled rotary class. Their heat would be held somewhere else, at a different time.
Unmuffled rotary possibly combine with F500 FM cars (weedwacker from hell)?
