While it is true you could just buy a motor bike, this idea is great.
I did a quick E-bay search, "mini bike", and found a bunch of those belt drive transmissions. I bet the pulley could be mounted on the prop shaft
Also found a bunch of over priced mini bike frames and other over priced old stuff.
Depending on the actual size of the motor, wonder if it might work Ok starting with a old bicycle. That you might find cheap or free. Then look at the old board racers or the picture that was posted above.
There is another build here somewhere of someone adapting a motor to a twin bike, I think the one in front steers and the one in back has control of the little motor, but I could be wrong....
