Im about to plumb the master from an 02 camaro. Which port is for the front brakes and which for the rear?

Front to front. Rear to rear.

If they're not labelled, the front is pretty much always the port closer to the firewall.

The first chamber the piston will hit, and therefore the first port, is usually for the front brakes. Whether this is front or back will depend on the placement of the master cylinder.

i think it can vary from application to application. i'm not sure about the '02 camaro. no, it's not a very helpful answer, but i wanted you to know that there isn't a rule that covers 100% of all dual-circuit master cylinders.
