These are apparently worth gold in MO. There aren't many left so I never see them in cheap and decent shape.

This is mine and I'll make you or any other GRMer a deal on it.

95-03 Jaguar XJR fits the criteria. You'll be surprised how much stuff you can buy for it from Rock Auto, cheap...

Thanks! It has been a great car but I just don't drive it enough anymore to justify keeping it.

I hand not even considered this... I have always loved these. I would love one with the supercharged 6 though.

Stick with the straight 6 XJs. They have relatively reliable. The main problems with them are leaky power mirrors, the steering wheel tilt motor and sticky throttles due to carbon buildup.
Anyone have any thoughts about this puppy? Also, anyone interested in an MR2 Spyder can have a pretty good deal so I can look into picking this beast up.

Putting headgaskets on a 90 at work and i am pretty irritated by the engine bay. Of course, one hopes with a TBI 350 you wont have to do all that much work to it.

I am not even sure that is a XJR (wrong grill and shift knob). I am pretty sure that is a regular XJ6. Also I would avoid the XJ40 models and look for X300 models.

Beautiful car! Does it have the 5.0 or 5.7?
In reply to 93EXCivic:
Yeah I prefer the x300 for sure from a style stand point. Found a super sweet 96 xjr but it is at a dealer and they want stupid money for it. Still worth talking to them though.

Wow, really nice!

5.0. I was actually surprised at it not being horribly slow nor terribly inefficient with the TBI setup. The carbed 5.0 in my old pickup was painful.
Oh, BTW:
